Strength and Conditioning Class 🤩
We are so excited to have launched our brand new strength class in 2026!
Running every Wednesday 4pm-5pm, this specially designed program has been built and is led by Fury’s strength and conditioning coordinator. It focuses on building strength, power and the overall fitness of our athletes to help them perform at their best and progress confidently through the 2026 season.

REMINDER: FURY IS CLOSED FOR AASCF NATIONALS❣️
Our staff will be away and therefore Fury will not be running classes from Wednesday the 19th of November to Tuesday the 25th of November, with classes returning on Wednesday the 26th of November.

Reminder - the gym will be closed over Saturday and Sunday due to this competition, and therefore no Fury Fun or tumble classes will run on Saturday.
