These shorts even have a sneaky pocket for my key 🙌

Finished off with a Choc Rebuild Revovery Smoothie too, after all it was like i had a 7kg weighted vest on. Sooo yum i have missed it. 💪💟
Now time for house chores 🙄

We made it to the beach for sunset tonight for a friends birthday. 🎂🥳

Am greatful having the beautiful Cable Beach literally at your back door. It has a way of grounding you and the beach has definately been my happy place for many years ☀️🌊

I must admit i do not get down here enough, and it will be one of the things i will miss the most when we leave.😪

I will endevour to make the most of it when i can before then.

Again i closed off a party and cashed in on my rewards, including ticking off some of my wishlist items. I now how a good variety that i can show you in person 🙌.

🌙 White Polka Dot Zip Front Bra (XS) - this was a return item. I downsided to a XS and it fits alot better and i actually love it way more then i thought. 👌 Great for breast feeding🤱 with a reinforced zip, so ur b***s definately won't just fall out 🤣

🌙 Black Speedy Zyia Mesh Shorts (S) - perfect fit! They have a tighter underlay with Zyia print and pocket for keys, card or phone and mesh overlay that adds length and hides unwanted buldge. Really comfy and will be great to workout and run in.

🌙 Tangerine Weave Bra (M) - omg this bra is flattering. I love the colour and pretty straps at the back. Small band underneath is quite supportive too. Will look lovely under a tank that shows off the back.

🌙 Coral Allstar Sports Bra (M) - they say to size up for these as they are compressive but i found the medium super comfy, not even tight. Perhaps if i want compression i could go a small. But i am still feeding so this is fine for me, plus i don't want to wreck it taking on and off. Sits quite high on the chest for more coverage with a breathable mesh. Love this one 😍

🌙 Black Parallel Tank (M) - i needed a plain casual tank that would go with a few of the leggings, shorts and joggers i have bought. Normally a $10 kmart tank will do but i actually am in love with this top. Its great quality material, a nicer look rib and really flattering, with a long length. Size up as they are tight fitting. I am normally a small. I will be getting more of these for casual wear and layering 🥰

Back at Post Partum Pilates again this week and had my follow up Physio Appointment. She has given me the all clear to start running again but in 30 sec increments. 🙌🏃‍♀️

But what i am most impressed with is my 🌙 Cranberry Tri-pocket Leggings. 😍
Pockets for cards, pockets for keys, pockets for phone and pockets for snacks 🙌🙌🙌 just need to get some healthier ones and i'll be back on track 👌

P.s they don't give this Bra enough credit either. I love the subtle stripe 💟

🌙 Hot Pink BomBer Bra (M)
- Our favorite everyday Bra with medium support, very comfortable with removable cups. Gorgeous racerback pattern for breathability. You can't go wrong with these in an colour. I WANT every colour 🙌😅

🌙 White Lounge Boyfriend Split Long Sleeve Tee (S)
- Soft, lightweight knit long sleve tee. Fitted in the arms but relaxed fit. Cute slit in the back, however i am not sure if i like it that much...feel it makes my bum look big. Looks great with jeans. Layer it up or wear over your favorite Bommer Bra, however being white be caucious of being slightly more see through.

🌙 Black Code Joggers (S)
- It's like your favorite legging meets jogger. Material is soft and stretchy, however seems to be a more relaxed fit. They are quite loose around the back of the knee. Cute subtle stripe pattern and high waist with no top seem, so super comfy. Cuffed at the ankle. I am not sure if i like them yet. Perhaps i am just confused if they are a jogger or legging as they seam a bit of both. I almost feel they are like an office pant until you hit the cuffs. Could work well with ankle boots. I thought perhaps i should size down again but I might just keep them and figure out how best to wear them...as they are comfy and soft and i do love the pattern.🤔

🌙 Navy Peak Zipper Jogger (Short) (S)
I am totally in LOVE 😍😍😍 i want every colour. I wanted them to be a more fitted look, and small is perfect foe this. The zipper cuff makes them sit alot better and more flattering then the Code joggers. Silky smooth material, large pockets yet flush on your body, drawstring adding a nice touch with the famous zipper at the ankle. The navy are slightly shorter the rest but you can pull them up or down. They sit just above my ankle when all the way down. Dress it up or down. I am obsessed. 😅💗

Today was my 1st day back in the gym. 💪
I took most of this pregnancy off exercise except for walking and swimming.😏

Those that know me know i love my high intensity workouts/crossfit. With Chloe i still Crossfit till about 30weeks and was back into it after a few months...slowly of course.
This time i am taking it slow, building my core back up properly, with age and to Csections, i want to listen to my body more. 🙏

It's good to be doing something for me again 💟👌

🌙 Navy BoMMer Bra (S)
The colour of this is gorgeous and i love the back design. Its super soft and band feels comfortable, however the support is medium and probably light for bigger breasted women. Morenof an everyday wear or yoga/pilates, not high impact running and jumping.
It has removable cups. Feel this one is harder to get on then my red which is also small, so might send back and try the medium.
Love these and want every colour 🥰🙈

🌙 Lilac ZA Gym Tank (S)
Softer the expected, not cotton and hard but more a buttery softness. Falls nicely around the hips !and has length. There are higher arm holes then the Kettlemoon however i found the neck tight to pull over my head and neck high cut. Going to send back for a Medium to see if bigger...i like the misle tanks to sit a little more baggy over my tummy since being post partum. If i had my flat tummy again maybe wouldn't be an issue except for the neck.
Don't get me wrong it fits over just tighter then most tanks and im not used to it. Maybe i have a big head.🤣

🌙 Black Copper Charge Tank (S)
This is ur standard black staple and comes in a variety of colours. Soft and fitted with 4 way stretch and very flattering.
4% Copper infused to block odours, perfect for broome humidity and workouts. TTS im keen to get in a few of my favorite colours.

🌙 Black Subtle Stripe Long Sleeve T (S)
I love this tshirt, soft and subtle stripe which i tried to show in a different picture. Annnd it has thumb holes, sooo cool. 😎
It is lightweight and breathable, perfect for spring/autum or cooler summer nights.
I sized same as the tanks for this one as its says its relaxed fit but i feel i might size down again for a more fitted look. It is ok just i feel the arms and under arm bit baggy. Looks ok in photos though and i do love it, it is really comfy!😍
