Can I be honest?
For a while it felt like we were finally moving away from impossible body standards.

There is a real reason your willpower disappears in the evening.
It is not in your head.
It is not who you really are underneath the disciplined-woman performance.
It is not weakness.

By 7pm in a busy woman's day:

Your cravings aren't mistakes.. They're messages.🤔
BUT you've been taught to see them as failures. You've been taught that cravings are signs of weakness.
That they're proof you lack discipline.
That they're something to resist at all costs...
So when you get a craving, you fight it. You white-knuckle through it.
You distract yourself.
You do anything but listen to what your body is trying to tell you.
But here's the truth: Your body is trying to communicate with you. Your cravings are the language it's using.
A craving for sugar might mean you need energy.
Not necessarily food energy - emotional energy.
👉 You're depleted.
👉 You're running on empty.
👉 Your body is asking for fuel.
But you're too busy fighting it to listen.
Here's what happens when you actually listen: The craving transforms.
It's no longer something you need to resist. It becomes information.
It becomes a clue.
It becomes a way to understand yourself better.
And when you understand what your body is really asking for, you can give it what it actually needs. Not food.
The thing underneath the food.
The emotion, the sensation, the experience it's really craving.
