Dear valued customers, suppliers and contractors,
We are grateful to be able to remain open for business at this time, with these additional procedures put in place to limit exposure or spread of COVID19.
SALES & INSTALLATIONS
• Our Subiaco showroom is open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm for scheduled appointments (max one customer [2 ppl] at a time), so please call ahead to book a time; but we do ask if you are displaying any symptoms or feeling unwell that you give us a call and we can assist over the phone.
• Alternatively, if you can email us your house plans, we can assist via phone and email correspondence.
• Site inspections are available on request, please discuss with your sales consultant
• Our install team are taking additional protective measures whilst on site, and have been provided with additional hand sanitisers, soap products, antibacterial sprays, protective gloves and masks for use as required.
SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE:
• Our service and maintenance team are still available to carry out scheduled preventative maintenance, and breakdown call outs
• Our service and maintenance team members are taking additional protective measures whilst on site, and have been provided with additional hand sanitisers, soap products, antibacterial sprays, protective gloves and masks for use as required.
• When our Technicians/Sales Consultants arrive at your property we ask that you respect our decision to not shake hands and to practice social distancing, by keeping a safe distance away (~2 meters)
• Any customer who is feeling unwell and showing any symptoms of the virus and are in isolation or have come in to contact with any person who has contracted the virus, are asked to reschedule their appointment by at least 14 days.
NEEDHAMAIR PREVENTION MEASURES
• We are implementing additional protective measures across all of our offices and sites, promoting good hygiene and providing additional hand sanitisers, soap products, antibacterial sprays, protective gloves and masks for use as required.
• Staff that develop any cold or flu like symptoms will immediately commence a period of quarantine away from the business and seek medical advice. Any clients known to have been in close contact will be advised.
• If you are making a payment our preferred payment method is via bank transfer or to call our office to pay over the phone (9432 4600).
• We will continue to review updates from local and national authorities to ensure our approach remains current and aligned with recommendations made by authorities.
Our number one priority is the health and safety of all Needhamair’s clients, subcontractors, suppliers, staff and their families. We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and take all precautions necessary to keep our community safe.
