Youndegin Clean Up & Damper Cook-Off
This past weekend saw our annual Youndegin Clean Up and Damper Cook-Off.
Sadly, the weather put a few people off this year, but those who braved the conditions still managed to get the old building cleaned up and enjoy a great weekend away.
It also happened to be AFL Grand Final weekend, so Saturday afternoon was spent with the footy on the radio — and what a ripper of a game it was to listen to!
The weather may have reduced the numbers, but it certainly improved Phil’s chances in the Damper Cook-Off! With just one entry this year, we’re pleased to announce Phil was the clear winner… by a country mile! 😂🏆
Another LROCWA tradition ticked off for the year — a bit of volunteering, a bit of camping, footy on the radio and, of course, plenty of laughs along the way.
Friendship, Adventure & Discovery — that’s what our club is all about.
