✔️ All levels and abilities, no registration, and no fee on Saturday

🌚 It's dark out on our Wednesday mornings, but we are keeping up with the walk/ crap jog/ run 🏃‍♀️

➡️ Members can meet 6am sharp in Victoria Gardens Royal Street, East Perth

✨️Activity of your choice for 30 minutes and ends in a coffee and chats at Kinky Lizard Cafe ☕️

🥳 Hello to our new committee! Some old faces, some new faces, some returning faces. Thank you to everyone who nominated, we know it's not the easiest thing putting yourself forward.

🏃‍♀️Come on down to Saturdays at Zamia Cafe 8am sharp- it's open to all with no registration and no cost.

💪 Amazing job to our Couch to 5k group who graduated from the training program this morning and received their awards. Lots of hard effort and perseverance paid off 👏

Also, a thank you to our coaches (2/4 pictured) who stepped up to learn how to coach and take on this program so well 👌

🫶 Saturday's are for everyone regardless of ability, with lots of run, walk, and jog options in a judgement free environment

➡️ It's our last Saturday run of the committee, so come see us off and get up to date with upcoming events 😊

✨️ The PFR Birthgay party of the year is this Sunday kicking off at 2pm!
🎟 Tickets are free for members and it's $10 for a plus one 🫶
➡️ There will be a brief AGM including elections and going over relevant changes, then the real fun begins.
🎂 It's BYO for drinks, but lots of food, cake, and awards are provided 😉

❗️A last hurrah with our current committee before the AGM elections this Sunday. Massive thanks to our Co-Presiden Richie who has given many great years to the club and will not be re-electing. Also to Zoe, Robin and Callum who have done a terrific job and now also will be stepping down.

🥳 Members can grab their free ticket to our brief AGM and Birthgay Party Sunday at 2pm! There are great candidates nominating and you must be there in person to have a say.
