B E F O R E & A F T E R
Today like most days I recieved a facebook notification for memories. The image on the left popped up from 2015! It made me stop and reflect on the changes I have made. The physical change is the most obvious, however what most people dont see is the mental change. I have flourished into who I am today and loosing the weight and finding health and fitness is what got me here. Back then it was just about 'getting thin' but now it is about being healthy and giving my body what it needs and deserves to live a healthy long life ✌

Only three more days to get through before I will be wearing my bikini 24/7! Did someone say beach holiday? 😍 Looking forward to relaxing, spending time with family and enjoying the summer weather in Queensland ✌

Sipping on my coffee and pondering my goals and new years resolutions 🙌 This is probably the first time I will actually being setting some goals for the new year. This last year I have really developed into who I want to be and have a huge desire to to push myself to achieve some new milestones. So here are a few I can share with you:
➖ Do an unassisted chin up (or maybe even 5)
➖ Increase the weight on my bar in GRIT by 5kg
➖ Finish my Cert IV and become a qualified PT

Feeling a little rough today from all the Christmas shenanigans. Can you tell from those bags? What a fun day, hope everyone had fun too! Back into the gym for me today, I typically find it helps me feel better and refreshed. Get out and be active today it may help! Even if it is just a lovely stroll along the water side. Be Active and Be Happy 😁✌
