Ladies, meet Elice 👋
Elice was exactly like you 🫵🏼
She’d spent years training, spinning her wheels 🛞
Training MORE than ever & making LESS progress
She reached out when she decided enough was enough
In a matter of weeks, Elice’s body began transforming & her confidence sky rocketed 🚀
Elice was progressing like never before which coincided with that structure, direction and accountability she knew she needed

Meet Dayne 👋
Dayne reached out initially looking to implement structure and consistency to his training, whilst achieving his best physique to date
First, we reduced Daynes training output across his week. Our aim in doing so, was to allow him to spend more time with his young family whilst optimising his time in the gym, essentially progressing more for less whilst reigniting his enjoyment for training
Dayne is now in his best place to date. Aesthetically he is in his best shape since his school days, he has a tonne of energy and more time to spend with his young, growing family. Not to mention, his ever growing knowledge toward his health and fitness
The new foundations have been laid, now it’s time to build 🧱

Meet Mick 👋
Mick reached out when he’d decided enough was enough
He was unhappy with his current situation and made the difficult, yet brave decision to reach out and seek our help
So we got to work, right from the get go Mick took to our program like a duck to water 🦆
There was never a day, week or month where mick didn’t tick the boxes set, which is a testament to his character and his outstanding result so far
I’m proud of Mick’s life changing result, but I’m more proud of the man he’s become since day one
He’s seen a massive shift in his confidence, his work, his social life and his relationships

Meet Conor 👋
Conor reached out with some simple goals in mind, regain and maintain his training consistency whilst building lean muscle tissue and reducing some unwanted body fat.. as you can see here we’ve comfortably managed all three of his goals set from day dot
Conor himself is a qualified personal trainer so he was comfortable and confident in his own training but lacked structure, guidance & accountability in helping him reach his goals
Conor’s result so far is a huge testament to his unwavering consistency, commitment and adherence

Meet Elliot 👋
Elliot reached out a couple of months ago simply wanting to increase his output across his week, whilst looking to build some muscle tissue
As you can see, we’ve gone above and beyond 🚀
What’s most crazy here is Elliot trains for an hour each week.. so between each photo, is 12 hours of work
MENTAL..🤯
Believe me it gets better..Elliot never went without a burger or a pint let alone tracked a calorie..🍻
We did however, encourage Elliot to make good food choices as often as possible and prioritise protein throughout each meal 🥩
It’s as simple as that
Elliot’s now increasing his output per week from once to twice per week..watch this space 👀

Meet Leona 👋
Leona reached out wanting to be in the shape of her life for her 50th birthday with a trip to Bali booked 👙
Leona had little gym experience prior but was determined to feel & look her best yet
So we got to work…
Leona trained from home throughout her program
We began with two full body sessions per week, before eventually increasing to three full body sessions per week, which has been our sweet spot since
Leona has yet to count a calorie all whilst achieving this genuine life changing result which has seen her lose a huge 11KG +
Not only does she FEEL & LOOK her best but is fitting into clothes she never thought she would again, all whilst continuing to enjoy her weekends 🥂
Leona has picked up where she left off after her birthday & trip and has maintained that same consistency amongst her busy work & life schedule
Although our work here is not yet done I’m over the moon to be showcasing her result which has spawned from her consistent adherence from day one

Meet Xavier 👋
Xavier reached out looking to make a transition from a strong CrossFit background to a more hypertrophy-based training approach
Although xavier was more than familiar with his own health & fitness, this was a new chapter for himself and was looking to maximise his progress within the gym, with a trip to Europe on the horizon
So we got to work..
Xavier took to his new training approach like a duck to water 🦆
Week to week he was taking giant strides forward, it became more difficult to keep him out of the gym more than anything 😂
As you can see, Xavier made an incredible amount of progress in such a short space of time, dropping a tonne of body fat all whilst building up a huge amount of muscle tissue, which is a true testament to his adherence and consistency from day one
I’m super proud of this guy and I’m stoked to have played a part in his development of what’s to come in his next chapter of health & fitness

Meet Daniel 👋
Daniel reached out to us off the back of an ineffective training period, both his performance and views on training had suffered
Daniel had a holiday on the horizon and a goal in mind ☀️
Daniel is a coach himself, with years of training experience under his belt, so our plan was simple
Implement a training split which was manageable & achievable each week, whilst ensuring each session was as enjoyable and progressive as the last
As you can see, we nailed each aspect from day one which is a true testament to how Daniel adhered to our plan set
Daniel has now reignited his passion for training all whilst getting in the shape of his life
Daniel now has his feet up in Bali before we recommence & head into our next block of training
The work is not finished, there’s more to come 🎯

Meet Adam 👋
Adam lost 15KG of body fat WITHOUT counting a calorie
Let’s talk about how 👇
From day dot, Adam’s adherence and willingness to not only listen and learn, but action our plan set is what has seen him change his overall health & fitness for the better
Adam never spent hours in the gym or kitchen
Inside the kitchen, we educated Adam on how to correctly fuel his body pre and post workout to maximise his performance in the gym and recovery outside of it ⛽️
Let’s talk training, Adam was relatively active already but new to the gym. So we began with two full body workouts per week, for us to master the basics and lay a strong foundation for us to the build from before increasing our output 🏋️♂️
All in all an incredible transformation and immense work from Adam to totally re shape his body & mind

You’re probably not going to believe me…🤨
But from left to right Will LOST just under 4.5KG
In less than 6 weeks, in preparation for his trip around Europe ✈️
All whilst eating 2800 calories a day 🍽️
This result is genuinely mind blowing 🤯
Let’s talk about how we did it…
Will already trained 6 x a week, but his sessions didn’t align with his goals
So that’s where we started from;
We built up a program to optimise his time within the gym, to have us moving closer to our goals each and every week
Will’s output was already high, so we kept our food intake high as he’s naturally going to be hungry being so active, so often
Our volume of food was ideal in helping fuel each session for Will to hit numerous personal bests, across each and every session before then re fuelling correctly to help his body recover optimally before his next session
All in all, this holiday prep was a massive success and I’m excited to welcome Will back on board once he returns home from his travels

Let’s talk about how Duncan’s managed to lose 8KG without counting a calorie in just over two months
Yes, you read that correctly…
Duncan reached out having years of training experience under his belt, but struggled to see results that his effort and consistency deserved
Duncan’s a busy dude
Juggling work, study, football & the gym
Our goals were simple;
Remove some unwanted body fat before heading into muscle building & performance based blocks
So what did we do? 🤔
Initially we REDUCED Duncan’s output across the week
(2 x full body sessions per week)
We focused on optimising his time within the gym so we had plenty of time outside of it to build up some game changing daily habits, which have helped transform his physique and mindset to where it is today
Duncan’s results so far speak for themselves but are a true testament to his hard work, commitment & adherence to our plan set
I can promise you this, we’re nowhere near finished

From boy to BEAST
Neil came to me off the back of returning from America, after suffering a horrific leg break
Neil had successfully undergone surgery, but he was in a rut both mentally and physically. He had no motivation to exercise
So, we started SMALL
(sound familiar?)
Our initial aim was to get Neil’s body moving again before turning our attention to his performance in the gym
At the same time we were implementing some daily habits for him to build upon
From then to now, we have come a LONG way
Neil has managed to comfortably add 4.5KG to his frame whilst drastically improving his performance and knowledge toward training and the gym
I’m super grateful and proud of Neil’s commitment and efforts to achieving this result so far & I’m looking forward to our journey ahead over the next few months, to help getting him back on the grass ⚽️
