I’m so thrilled to be holding another circle with the wonderful Yara Heary this Sat 30th November.

These circles are such a nurturing and sacred space for women to come together, release the pressures of daily life, and share meaningful time in community. Together, we create an atmosphere of connection, reflection, and renewal—a moment to pause and rediscover the power of our inner wisdom.

This event is for anyone seeking a deeper connection to themselves and others, a space to feel truly heard, and the opportunity to release what no longer serves them. Through mindful movement, storytelling, and shared experiences, we’ll embrace the strength and beauty of our journeys.

Hi beautiful community, I know it's been a little while.... but I'm back in action! I'd love to share an event I'm co-hosting with the fabulous Yara Heary, Life After Birth Psychology tomorrow evening. This event was set for an earlier date and was previously booked out which is why I didn't post it. However our new venue is larger so we can welcome more of you!

Release & Renew is our mother’s circle held during the new moon—a time traditionally associated with letting go and embracing new beginnings. This event is crafted especially for mothers who are seeking to release the pressures of daily life through movement, other guided practices, and shared experience. Release and Renew will provide you with an opportunity to be heard and supported in a nurturing environment.

There are a few precautions in place to remain COVID Safe.

- Check-in at SafeWA is mandatory
- Please sanitise your hands on arrival (Hand sanitiser provide)
- We must adhere to the 4 square meter rule so please be mindful when positioning your mat.
- Please bring your own mat- NO studio mats will be available this week.
- You may remove your mask for practice only. Please wear your mask upon arrival and immediately after practice.

I greatly appreciate your cooperation in keeping each other safe.
