Meet Ando 👋
Since Venture’s launch, Ando has been leading from the front - guiding groups through challenges with energy, encouragement and a focus on connection.
Before joining Venture, he trained and worked with our sister company, Swan Valley Adventure Centre, where he built the skills and experience that now shape every session he leads.
As one of our Lead Activity Instructors, Ando creates safe, engaging and meaningful experiences that help teams discover just how capable they really are.
Known for his enthusiasm and leadership, he has a knack for bringing out the best in every group he works with 🌿
