Are we friends yet?
The books that change businesses, generate inbound leads and get recommended by strangers are almost never written for everyone.
They're written for one specific person with one specific problem, and when that person finds your book at midnight on Amazon, from a colleague's recommendation, or at an airport bookshop, something clicks.
They feel seen, they feel understood, they feel like you've been in the room with them for years.
That feeling is what makes them book your call, join your program, or refer you to everyone they know.. and you can't manufacture it by trying to appeal to everyone.
Your book doesn't need to be for everyone. It needs to be exactly right for someone.
Did we just become best friends? Cos that's the goal with you and I.

Most business owners I speak to have a book idea.
But it’s buried under weeds…too many ideas, too many distractions, not enough headspace.
Spraying the weeds = clearing the clutter.
When you do this, you can finally write the book that builds your brand and moves your business forward.
Because it’s not about writing for the sake of it…it’s about turning your message into something that actually works for you, your business and your audience
When you started your business, you were told to focus on one specific person with one specific problem
But when it comes to your book idea, you ignore the rule
You don’t need more book ideas, you just gotta bring it back to basics and you’ll see the idea was in front of you all along
Most people tiptoe through life with a “someday” idea.
Living with a book idea feels safe…
but it’s even scarier leaving it unwritten.
Don’t be the “someday” person.
If you’ve wanted to write a book, why are you waiting?
If you’re sitting on something, write a book that builds your brand and creates impact in your industry.
If you’re not sure where to start, comment TICKET and I’ll send you something that’ll help you get crystal clear on the idea you already have.

Decide who your book is for before you write it.
Don’t cry….you've got years of expertise, results that would make your competitors uncomfortable, and a methodology that actually works, and nobody outside your existing clients knows your name.
Not because you're not good enough, but because you haven't built the one asset that makes you permanently findable to the people who need you most.
A published book on your expertise changes that within months.
It sits on Amazon, gets gifted to leads, passed around, gets recommended by strangers, gets found by your ideal client at 11pm when they're googling the exact problem you solve.
You stay classy. And don’t forget to write the book.
Are you wanting to write your book this year… but you keep stalling?
You’re still waiting for a green light that never comes.
The green light is your reason for wanting to write the book in the first place
Not word count. Not discipline. Not motivation.
If your reason and why you’re writing the book is unclear, your book stays stuck.

A great book idea isn't the one you love. It's the one your market is looking for.
Blue pill: wait until you have a bigger audience before writing the book, keep posting, keep watching the algorithm bury your best content in 48 hours.
Red pill: write the book, let it sit on Amazon permanently, let strangers find it, use it effortlessly in your marketing, let your ideal client spend four hours inside your thinking before they ever reach out.
The coaches who took the blue pill are still posting three times a week and blaming the algorithm.
The ones who took the red pill have the audience AND the authority AND the inbound leads because they figured out something most people get completely backwards.
You don't need a following to write a book. You need a book to get the right following.
Which pill are you taking?
👇 Save this. The answer is in here somewhere.
When you become an author, don’t sell copies of your books, start giving them away.
One of the most under-utilised strategies to use your book as a lead generator.
Business cards are redundant.

💡When my clients join Idea To Asset, I get them to write a letter to themselves.
The letter is no more than half a page, and it focuses on WHY they want to write a book.
🍃What i've found, is this makes the process if bringing your ideas to life SO much easier because you're really connecting with your idea, why you want to share it and the beliefs you share with it.
📈Idea To Asset isn't just about making an impact in the lives of others when you're book is published. It's also about the process you go through and the growth that happens when you write a book.
Super powerful stuff.
