Back from India and already missing it… 🥹🙏🏼 But luckily we have a Kirtan by every Friday night, so today I was able to mentally travel back to my happy place and on top of it met some lovely new people. 🥰💃🏽 Thank you for such a great evening after a challenging week. ☺️🙏🏼

Sunday is our day off and usually we go shopping for gifts and souvenirs. 🛍️ Today, I explored the new bridge in Tapovan - finally open after years of waiting!! Yay! So good, now we can go to Ganga Aarti again in the evening 🔥 and return to our hotel easily.

Ever felt homesick?❤️‍🩹

Homesickness is that feeling we get when we’re away from a familiar place, particularly where our loved ones are. But what does “home” truly signify? Is it a physical location or an emotional state? Can we have multiple homes, or is it limited to just one? 🧡🏠

As someone who has relocated to a different country, the concept of home is always on my mind. I consider India to be my heart’s home, while I also find a sense of belonging in Germany and Australia - each offering a unique experience. I think, for me home has become a feeling I carry within, no matter where life takes me.☺️

How do you feel today? 🔋

We don’t possess the same level of energy every day, and that’s perfectly fine. You have the right to adjust your daily rhythm based on your feelings and your body’s needs. After all, we aren’t machines. 🤖We train ourselves to perform well daily, yet sometimes we neglect to listen to our bodies. Some days, we feel energized and ready to reach for the stars, while other days are meant for relaxation.

So today, I encourage you to turn inward and reflect: How am I feeling today? What do I need—rest or action? Then, take the appropriate steps. 👣
