✨ Happy International Women’s Day 2026 ✨
Today we celebrate the strength, resilience, courage and achievements of women all around the world. International Women’s Day is about recognising how far women have come, while continuing to support equality, empowerment and opportunities for women everywhere.
But today is also incredibly special to me for another reason…
I want to say a huge thank you to every single woman who has supported Feline Fitness — past, present and future. Your trust in me to guide you on your health and fitness and pregnancy to birth journeys means more than you will ever know. Watching women grow stronger, more confident and more empowered in their own bodies is exactly why I started this business.
Feline Fitness has never just been about workouts.
It’s about building strong women from the inside out — physically, mentally and emotionally.

‼️Ladies, can we please normalise fuelling our bodies the right way!?
❌ Skipping meals and starving yourself might seem like a shortcut to weight loss, but in reality it often does the exact opposite.
When you don’t eat enough, your body goes into survival mode. ☠️ Instead of efficiently burning fat, it slows your metabolism down to conserve energy. That means less energy burned and fat loss becoming harder — not easier. 😩
Under-fuelling also disrupts your hormones, which can lead to:
🍫Increased cravings and overeating later
😴 Low energy and constant fatigue
😡 Mood swings and irritability
😶🌫️ Poor concentration
😰 Slower recovery from workouts
😖 Stubborn weight that won’t shift
Not to mention… it’s incredibly hard to show up for your children, your workouts, your job, and your life when you’re running on empty.
