It works on your brachial plexus and median nerve, common culprits for arm discomfort. Try it if you're experiencing tingling, numbness, or pain starting from your chest or wrist. Remember, move slowly and follow your fingertips with your head and eyes. Stop at the first sensation of tension. Do 15 reps twice a day on the affected side only.
