My favourite go to breakfast or snack idea
Muffin tin frittatas.
To bump up the protein:
Think equal parts full egg to egg white (you can get egg whites in a carton)
Add low fat cottage cheese
Add a little rindless bacon
Baby spinach and mushrooms
