On January 4 1999, at the ripe young age of 22 my life was changed forever. Driving home from Canberra, I was going through Coffs Harbour when I was in a head on collision. I woke up in the PA hospital where spent the next 8 weeks trying to overcome the news that due to my extensiv

Today I had my first club champ win at Capel Golf Club with my caddie Clint Guiver. We played in a total field of 67 players and I played my best game scoring 42 points and winning the comp. Thanks to Clint for good caddying

Yesterday I was lucky enough to be invited to the 2026 wesCarpade Bunbury Golf Day raising funds for Camp Quality💛
I spent the whole day on Hole 11 ⛳️ with my wingman (aka caddie) Clint, and what a day it was.
We had 32 teams of four come through, and one person from each team got the chance to try and out‑drive me… while wearing my blackout glasses 😎The enthusiasm was unreal!!!Plenty of laughs 😂, plenty of air swings 🏌️♂️, and 3 legends who actually managed to out‑drive me 👏
It was an awesome day filled with good people, good food, cold beers 🍻, and a whole lot of fun, all while raising a stack of money 💰 for Camp Quality. I’m grateful to have been invited, and even more grateful to everyone who stepped up to have a go at being a “blind golfer”

I felt honored to be selected for the KBGA 14th SBS Golf - Kim's Eye Hospital Blind Golf Korean Open, representing Australia in South Korea recently.
Despite the challenging language barriers, my partner/caddie Tara and I embraced the challenges and made the most of our 4-day journey.
I proudly placed 4th out of 19 B1 participants

It's been a busy last few weeks!!
This weekend, B1 Blind Golfer Glenn 'Juicy' Niciejewski will be heading to South Korea to participate in the Korean Blind Golf Association Tournament - 14th SBS Golf – Kim’s Eye Hospital Blind Golf Korean Open at Ladena Golf Club.
His search for a local caddie led to interviews with his local newspaper, Channel 7 Regional News, and ABC.
We at Blind Golf Australia wish him all the best in the tournament.
