Those are the supplements which I’m currently using during my workouts and after the workouts.
I added a new fat burner, L-Carnitine from 1UP NUTRITIONS. Also tried new flavour of Whey, White Chocolate Mint. Its kind of alright because I’m not in to mint much. But It’s okay to try 😁
Drink one table spoon of L-Carnitine before workout. Im getting a pre-workout 30 mins prior to the workout and then before starts my program, drink one table spoon of L-carnitine.
What L-Carnitine does??? It uses your fat as a energy source during the workout and helps to boost your mood.
Strong abs workout. Add this workout to your routine at the end. 🔥 💯

***GOOD THINGS ARE NOT COMING EASILY***
Finally 🔥🔥🔥🔥 got a good looking pic of mine and this is my transformation over 5 months.
First photo was taken in January and Second one took couple of days ago. I had to rest one month without doing anything, It was really hard. I maintain same weight and trying to burn body fat without loosing muscles.
I haven’t used any fat burners during that period, only got 1UP NUTRITION WHEY & ON PRE WORKOUT.
I’m giving meal plans and workout plans for people who’s keen to be fit 🏋🏼♂️🏋🏼♀️🏋🏼♂️🏋🏼♀️🏋🏼♂️.

This is my progress over one and half months of training 🔥. I haven’t taken any fat burners during that period. Only HIIT trainings and Cardio straight after the workouts, followed a perfect workout plan🏋🏼♂️🏋🏼♀️.
Im not much into fat burners but I do rather prefer on getting good meals.
Currently I’m drinking Whey from 1up nutritions and pre workout from ON. I prefer Coconut Ice Cream flavour of 1up nutrition Whey protein.
