Well done to all our swimmers who participated in Swim WA Short Course Qualifying meet over the weekend.
Most of the swimmers came away with at least one PB in their events so a great effort to all of you 🙌
And thank you as always to the parents who take the time out to bring them over the weekend.

Great start for the SC season today for our Riverside swimmers Victoria, Kon and Filippos at the South Lake Dolphins meet!
Victoria gold in 200 back and 3 out of 3 PBs
Filippos 2 golds in 200 back and 100 breast and silver in 100 fly with 6 PBs
Kon 2 silvers in 100 breast and 100 fly and bronze in 50 free with 2 PBs
Hard training always pays off kids! Well done!!

Winter Time Trials 3 - Sunday 10th June

Just a reminder that the first time trial for winter is on Sunday the 10th of June.
(NOTE - All time trials are recommended for both competitive and non-competitive members)



Events available are as follows (maximum of three)

50m Butterfly
50m Freestyle
100m Backstroke
200m Breaststroke

The following events are also available for Junior Dolphins (7 and under)
25m Backstroke
25m Breaststroke

TARGET MEET - SC OFFICIALS PENTATHLON
Sunday 17th June
This is our first targeted meet for the season and a great one to start off with.

All members are encouraged to attend, and coaches will be in attendance.
Entries close on Friday 8th of June.

The single entry fee allows you to swim in the following 5 events:
50m Freestyle
50m Backstroke
50m Butterfly
50m Breaststroke
100m IM

ALBANY SHORT COURSE ARRIVAL
Are you coming to Albany? Albany Swimming Club hosts this event every year and puts on a fantastic meet so dont miss out! June 30- July 1st.

This event is not only for the swimmers but the whole family and an event Riverside has been involved in for a number of years.
It is a great weekend and a fabulous team bonding experience building great comradery between us all. And besides the swimming we do throw in some fun get togethers :)
