When I teach I am not only thinking about strengthening and building resilience in your physical body, but also in your mind and spirit 💗 I know pilates practice needs to be HOLISTIC because we are not just our meat suits
When you take the time to build yourself first, then your giving comes from overflow. And you have more energy to experience your life FULLY, not just the crumbs that are left after you've given to everyone else 🫶
