I don’t coach women to have perfect days.
I coach women to recover quickly from imperfect ones.
Because that’s the skill that creates long-term success.
Not perfection.
Resilience.
Anyone can stay on track when life is calm, but the ones who succeed long term are the ones who learn to regroup after things don’t go to plan.
So if today started with chocolate, a missed workout or a breakfast that wasn’t what you’d planned…
Good news. The game’s not over.
You too can go and tackle your next quarter.

I think we’ve become so focused on eating “perfectly” that we’ve forgotten what a healthy relationship with food actually looks like.
For years, my health was measured by calories.
By whether I’d been “good.”
By whether I needed to burn something off.
Now?
I measure it very differently.
Do I eat nourishing foods most of the time? Yes.
Do I regularly move my body because I care for it? Yes
Can I enjoy an ice cream with my children without guilt? Yes
To me…
That’s a much healthier relationship than being consumed by food 24/7 and feeling guilt and shame every time I ate something higher in calories or with little nutrients.
I don’t want my children to grow up thinking food has to be earned or that enjoying an ice cream should come with shame.
I want them to see a mum who values her health and enjoys her life.
Those two things don’t have to compete. Tried the biscoff ice cream today, I usually go for rum and raisin or honey comb and whilst it was good it wasn’t my favourite! What’s your favourite flavour? 👇

A reminder to those who need it - the goal isn’t to become great at tracking your health forever.
The goal is to become someone who naturally lives it.
And sometimes, the biggest sign of progress is actually needing to rely to the tech tools LESS to stay consistent not more.

I see this so much with the women I work with.
Following plans that work when life is calm but as soon as they have a spanner in the works 🔧 they give up because sustaining it is too hard.
That’s NOT a failure on your part.
That’s an unrealistic and unsustainable plan.
Life will always throw challenges your way.
Busy weeks.
School holidays.
Stress.
Illness.
Work deadlines.
The goal isn’t to avoid those seasons. It’s to learn how to adjust your habits so you can keep caring for yourself through them.
Because once you reach your goal weight, you won’t be trying to lose weight forever. You’ll be maintaining it.
And if you’ve never practised maintenance, it’s no surprise that every time you have busy or stressful period it feels like you’re back to square one.
Sustainable health isn’t about being “on” or “off.” It’s about knowing when to turn the dial up, when to turn it down, and having a strong enough foundation that you never have to start from scratch.
💬 If you’re tired of the all-or-nothing cycle and want support to build habits that actually fit around your life, I’d love to help.
Send me a DM with the word “goal” or hit the link in my bio, and let’s chat about how we can work together.

Before my sister’s diagnosis, neither of us had any idea we carried a BRCA gene mutation.
The odds of carrying a BRCA mutation are relatively low, 1 in 400, but since sharing my journey through a preventative double mastectomy, I’ve know of 3 people who decided to get tested and all three discovered they were BRCA positive too.
These last few years has been a constant rollacoaster of emotions - Fear, grief, anger, confusion, uncertainty and I hope this next surgery is another door closed on this chapter. For now at least. 🤞🏻🤞🏻
And I no longer have to deal with that little voice telling me ‘maybe you have ovarian cancer’
My health and life is so important to me, and I literally cannot do anymore.
One thing I’ve learned through this whole journey, is that knowledge is power and whilst It doesn’t necessarily make the decisions easier, it gives you options and information you may otherwise not know. 🧡
