We started UBX with one aim in mind: to give everyone the opportunity to train like a boxer. Our workouts are inspired by our co-founder, and four time world champion boxer, Danny Green, and combine a unique mix of boxing and strength training in an ultra-flexible format that removes class timetables and bookings altogether. Sean’s no stranger to hustle, running a busy pet shop in Caloundra with his wife, often working 10+ hour days all week around. But even with his packed schedule, he’s made fitness a priority at UBX Caloundra. As Foundation Member since 2018 and closing in on his 750th visit, Sean’s results are the product of consistency and commitment!⁠

During Training Camp, Sean achieved incredible results:⁠
💪 Anaerobic Conditioning: 23m improvement on his 1:20 row⁠
💪 Muscular Endurance: 1 more rep in his benchmark exercise⁠
💪 Power: 0.6 seconds faster on the ski erg⁠
🔥 Body Fat: Down 8%⁠
