✨️Just a side note on the colour of the singlets. The green 💚 black 🖤 and white 🤍represent the region in New Zealand where Hamish is originally from, South Canterbury. Hamish was born and bred in Timaru and was very proud of where he came from. He never forgot his roots ✨️

IN MEMORY OF HAMISH GORDON WILLS 🙏

This is probably the hardest post yet to make 😔 But here we go....

When Hamish left us, on June 8th 2025, we instantly knew life without him would never be the same. Hamish was a rare find. He had a quick witted mind, a loyal heart, and a one-of-a-kind spirit. His charisma was a magnetic force that pulled people into his orbit, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met 🧡

Just over eight weeks ago, a tight-knit group of Hamish's shearing friends came together to organize a Quick Shear event in his honor at his local tavern. Hamish would have been immensely proud of how the evening unfolded. All of his friends gathered at one of his favorite spots, sharing laughter and enjoying a beer, while witnessing one of the most remarkable quick shear contests ever held. 🙌 It was an AUSTRALIAN RECORD for the fastest time a sheep has been shorn, and naturally, it had to take place at Hamish's Quick Shear. He wouldn't have wanted it any other way.😅

So Hamish, every November, your light, your laughter and your cheeky character, will forever live on through this Quick Shear 🫶🏽 You may be gone, be you will never be forgotten 🥹
