Zen do kai classes will return on Sunday mornings, starting in February .
Classes will be open to all Ages , from beginners to advanced..
Training under the guidance of

It's been a long time since I posted on this page.
To my surprise, there is 25 new likes.!
As everyone is stuck at home, there has been an interest to record and post training techniques. So, I will be posting a few ideas in the coming weeks. If you are one who requires some guidance in training, let me know.

Zen do kai on Monday nights will no longer be available. Effective immediately.
Classes will continue to be offered on Wednesday nights currently 7.15pm. This time will change to 6.45pm. Effective from July.
