FIND YOUR WHY
Not the one you say when someone asks.
The one that makes your chest tighten.
The one that hits you when no one’s watching.
“I want to lose weight.”
Okay, but why?
“To feel good in my skin.”
Why?
Because maybe for years, you didn’t.
Because maybe you’ve been hiding in oversized clothes.
Because somewhere along the way, you stopped recognising the person in the mirror or worse, you started believing you deserved to feel small, tired, or invisible.

Why?
Because maybe you’ve been told you’re weak. Maybe life knocked you down so many times, you started believing it.

As I’m writing this on our way to Brisbane, I’m reflecting on the last 35 days. If you’ve been following along, you know I’ve been getting “island-ready” by focusing on things that truly nourish my body and soul. I held myself accountable, but it wasn’t about doing more exercise, in fact I did less than usual due to being unwell. Yet, despite that, I still managed to lose 3.6kg in 35 days.
One of the key changes was cutting out artificial sugars, I hope the tips I’ve shared have been helpful to you all! I also tried , and I’ve loved the results! More energy and less inflammation. I highly recommend checking out their website to see if their products might be a good fit for you.
Looking at my before and after photos, you can clearly see a difference, especially with my shorts looking like a different size all together and my lower belly being much less inflamed. My arms have gained more definition, and my face looks a lot less puffy too. Physically and mentally I’ve noticed a big change.
I’m feeling a solid 9/10 overall, which is a big improvement from where I started.

I think about this quote on a daily basis. Investing in yourself is incredibly powerful. When you prioritise your own wellbeing and show up for yourself, the more you have to offer to those around you. 🤍
