There is a 3km cycleway like Centennial Park that runs past this Castle. Who had tried it 🤔

If Tesla had made bikes rather than trucks, they would have dominated ebikes with their battery knowledge

📢 Tesla just built its first two-wheeler, and it's for toddlers.

The $225 "Balance Bike for Kids" went up on the Tesla Shop this week and the first batch sold out almost straight away. Tesla hasn't said how many they made.

Here's the odd part for a company built on electric power: this one has no motor. No pedals, no chain, no battery. It's a plain balance bike, powered by a kid pushing off the ground with their own feet, which is how plenty of us first got going on two wheels.

The specs still read like Tesla, mind you. A lightweight magnesium frame, a seat with five height settings, the Tesla wordmark down the side and the "T" badge up front. It's made for kids aged 2 to 5, tops out at a 77-pound rider, and needs a minimum leg length of 13.7 inches. Orders ship in late August.

It's not Tesla's first kids' ride, either. The Cyberquad for Kids got recalled a few years back over safety violations. And despite fans asking for a proper e-bike, Musk has ruled one out.

For those that imagine a swing bridge option for under the Anzac bridge, here is a modern swing bridge in action. Will post the opening in comments. All up the path would be closed for four to five minutes. Bike Leichhardt Councillor Kerrie Fergusson Bicycle NSW BIKESydney

Bridge in Amsterdam

What about the micro cars of Amsterdam. These can legally use cycleways. They need to be classified as disability devices. Mopeds can also use bike lanes which is annoying at times

Budapest, quite a few bikes, Vienna a lot of bikes, Cologne lots of bikes and then Amsterdam

Brand new suburb alert. It would be interesting to see how much they have invested in shared paths. It's a long way from the metro. Had to look it up on the map. There are some cycleways according to google street view. https://maps.app.goo.gl/26entAtFsdWmbyo7A?g_st=ac
