After two incredible years, it’s time for us to say goodbye. Primal will be closing its doors next Saturday, 13th December, and while this isn’t an easy announcement to make, we want to focus on what matters most - you.
To our amazing community: thank you.
Thank you for showing up, cheering each other on, chasing PBs, and creating a space that felt like family. We are so proud of everything our members have achieved - the strength gained, confidence built, friendships formed, and the milestones you smashed along the way. It has been an honour to coach you, caffeinate you, and be part of your daily routine.
We’d love to see as many of you as possible for one last hit-out next Saturday as we close this chapter together. Next week we’ll be opening up as much open gym time as we can so you can come in, move, and say goodbye in your own way. Please check the Wodify app for available session times across the next week - classes will be limited.
A quick note:
➡️ We’ll be closed from 11am tomorrow, reopening Monday morning.
➡️ Keep an eye on Wodify for updated open gym and class times throughout the week.
➡️ An email will be sent to all members tomorrow morning with details about memberships and billing information.
➡️ If you have things in the gym, please come and collect before next weekend.

💪 Powerlifting Program starts tomorrow! 💪
We’re going to finish the year strong with our 9-week Powerlifting Program. This is open to all members, and you can work through it either in the strength class or open gym time.
You’ll work through strength blocks, deload weeks, and testing phases - just grab your booklet in the gym to follow along and track your progress.
The program is focused on the big four lifts: deadlift, squat, bench and strict press plus accessory work, and all leads to our End of Year Powerlifting Comp + Christmas Party Morning on Saturday 20th December! 🎅🏋️♀️ Let’s go!
