NSW Jockey - Jessica Drury

Jess is obviously devastated as she comes to terms with another set back. She was transferred to Tamworth where she is receiving treatment for spinal fractures (no neurological deficits). The news was better today as surgery looks to have been avoided but the recovery road again will be frustratingly ongoing.

Jess continues to find hope and this wont keep her down as her people converge to ensure safe passage.

Injured Rider Update - Jessica Drury (Gunnedah, Sunday)

Jockey Jessica Drury was dislodged when her horse reared in the mounting yard prior to race 8 at Gunnedah on Sunday (25th May).

Jessica was experiencing soreness to her lower back before she was taken to hospital via ambulance for further assessment.

A huge day out at Gunnedah today, three rides including one in the Cup. Thank you to Terry Wicks, John Bannister & Ben Lees.
