RLSA have confirmed key fundraising rounds for the season!
π PINK ROUND π This is an opportunity to wear pink from head to toe for a great cause! This round is always a success at the association, with clubs designing shirts to wear / donation tins available / merchandise available for purchase with proceeds going directly to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.
π BLUE ROUND π Blue round is an opportunity to come together and support Men's Health - raising funds for Beyond Blue and Movember. Blue round is for talking all things men's health from mental health, to physical health, to the heavy stuff carried in silence. The goal is to encourage any and all conversations, and tackle things head on together!
π₯ Uniform standards are relaxed by the association for these rounds, with safety still a priority (no crocs instead of cleats/boots!) we want to see as many people getting into these themes and making a statement / starting a conversation!
There will be more info to come around what we will be doing as a club, and as always, if anyone has any ideas to bring to the table, please do not hesitate to get in touch! π

Please find some important dates for the upcoming season π₯
We are still waiting for fees to be determined by RLSA, but once we know, you will know!
Training will be confirmed once we know the availability of diamonds.
We are also looking for some volunteers to help out with the Einbunpin Festival - if you can offer some time at the stall or provide some goodies for us to sell, it would be greatly appreciated - this is our first fundraising event for the season and a good opportunity to hit the ground running to raise funds to put back into the club. If you can help in any way, please reach out π

πͺ Awesome performance from our Paxton juniors at the recent 10-12yrs School District Softball tournament!
Keith and Tamika represented Glasshouse and the rest of our crew made it into the Redcliffe side.
Congratulations to all who made it to this level, and well done to Tia who umpired at the tournament.
Special mention to Cedric who made it one step further into the Sunshine Coast team. Heβll be taking on other teams across QLD at the State Championships in August. π π§‘
Good luck mate!
