HEAD OF JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT – LACHIE QUINN

NRCC is thrilled to announce the appointment of Lachie Quinn as our Head of Junior Development for the 2026/27 season.

A proud North Ringwood junior, Lachie progressed through our pathway before representing Ringwood in the prestigious Dowling Shield, while also earning selection in the Victorian Under 17 and Victorian Under 19 representative teams.

After successfully leading our Under 14 & 16 program, Lachie will continue as our Under 16 Coach this season while taking on the broader role of Head of Junior Development.

Lachie shows an ability to connect with and develop young cricketers, helping build their skills, confidence and love for the game. His appointment reflects our commitment to providing the best possible pathway for junior players as they transition into senior cricket.

Please join us in congratulating Lachie on this well-deserved appointment. We can’t wait to see the positive impact he’ll have throughout the 2026/27 season! 🧡❤️
