⭐️ MILESTONE MONDAY ⭐️

PEDRO 250 - The absolute man, super coachable and works well with others. Banter is top tier and he does love the lolly jar. Looking forward to more sessions with you Pedro.
MARINA 100 - silent but deadly. Super funny and always has a smile on her face, after she’s warmed up a bit - she does train at 6am. Fantastic to coach and works well with everyone!

Big week ahead across strength, aerobic capacity, power and high intensity conditioning

MONDAY — HIIT
Repeat sprint capacity, maximal outputs, and mental resilience. Expect aggressive efforts with longer recovery windows to push intensity higher.

TUESDAY — HYPER (LB)
Lower body overload progression focused on force production, stability, and stronger movement under heavier loads.

WEDNESDAY — SUMMIT
110% MAS efforts this week 👀
We shift toward high-end aerobic power and anaerobic tolerance while challenging pacing and repeatability under fatigue.

THURSDAY — STRENGTH (UB)
Bench press progression week. Heavier relative intensities with focus on technical control and confident strength expression.

FRIDAY — BALANCED
Core control, shoulder stability, hip mobility and positional strength to support stronger lifting mechanics and movement quality.

SATURDAY — POWER
Explosive intent from start to finish. Speed, coordination and force production under fatigue — quality over conditioning.

MEMBER OF THE MONTH — JESSICA

Jess has been incredibly consistent with her training and it’s showing in her results. Throughout the 8WC, she’s not only reduced body fat, but built sustainable muscle through showing up week after week and trusting the process

She brings great energy into every session, works well with everyone around her, and is always smiling in the studio.

A strong squat isn’t just about adding more plates to the bar.
It’s about learning how your body moves, where it feels strong, and where it needs more ownership.
