Seaford Women’s have made the heartbreaking decision to pull out of 2025 Season, but we promise to return in 2026

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the difficult decision to withdraw from the 2025 season. After careful consideration, we’ve determined this is the best course of action for the club’s future. While we will dearly miss being part of the competition this year, we are fully committed to returning stronger and ready for the 2026 season. We thank our supporters, players, and coach Dylan for their continued support, and we look forward to coming back better than ever.

Thank you to the girls, coaches and club for sticking by us and fighting hard to try get us into season 2025.

First session back begins tomorrow. 6:15pm arrival for a 6:30pm start. Let’s hit the ground running with our first session back for the year at Belvedere Oval.

Director of Women’s Football Appointment

We’re thrilled to announce the appointment of Robyn ‘Bob’ Murton to the Director of Women’s Football.

Since joining Seaford in 2015, Bob played 50 games for Seaford as a versatile player in positions all over the ground. After taking on numerous off-field roles including Welfare Officer, Bob was most recently our Division 1 Head Coach (alongside Asti) for seasons 2023 and 2024, coaching us to a narrow prelim final loss in ‘24.

Keen to take more of a behind the scenes role but one that is critical to our success in 2025 and beyond, Bob will work closely with the Women’s Department and the whole club to drive a strong vision, culture and performance both on and off the field.
