A raw glimpse into our morning yoga movement practice at our Autumn Kinglake retreat 🌿

If you listen closely to the audio, this is a gentle reminder to slow down, create space in your body, and bridge the distance between your throat and your heart with expansive breath.

Our practices are always intuitive and body-led, connecting you to the FEELING in your body - what’s present, shifting, opening - your natural rhythm.✨

🌿Retreats 2026 & 2027:

Information & bookings are now open for our upcoming dates, including our Spring 2026 container 🌱

I share this because I know how much quiet movement happens before anyone ever books a spot or walks through my door.

If you are reading this from afar, please know you are already doing the work. It is all part of the process.

Whenever that inner nudge meets your timing, I am here to connect with you.

Been moving through some big shifts lately, some unexpected, some I’ve chosen myself. The kind that call you to re-anchor and trust yourself more deeply.

Spending time at Cape Schanck this morning reminded me how much we’re like the landscape itself. One moment rugged black rocks, the next soft green, dramatic red dirt, endless ocean. Constantly changing, full of polarity, just like the seasons and cycles we all move through.

There can be grief and uncertainty in the movement, but there is also alignment, evolution, and emergence. Nature shows us there’s breathtaking beauty in all of it, in the ruggedness and the grace.

It gives you perspective.

At our core, we are nature, wild, shifting, resilient. And sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is honour the terrain we’re moving through, anchor into our own inner landscape, and move with the turning of the tide.

Craniosacral techniques ✨ Just quietly weaving some beautiful new threads into the work.

Having recently completed craniosacral training, I’m so looking forward to integrating this gentle, light-touch approach—a modality that taps into the body’s own wisdom through a receptive presence on the head, spine, and sacrum.

It feels like a natural extension of everything we already do in the rest and restore classes and one-to-one sessions.

Presence, deep listening, and always honouring your body’s innate intelligence.

Excited to see how it gently unfolds in our work together. ✨
