Singleton Junior Rugby Union

On Friday our Singleton U9s travelled to Boronia Park for the Dufficy Cup, a fantastic tournament designed to give young players their first experience of graded, competitive Under 10-style rugby.

After two tough pool matches, teams progressed into the Dufficy Cup, Latham Shield or Kellaway Bowl divisions for knockout semi-finals and finals.

Our boys found another gear when it mattered, producing two outstanding performances to win the Kellaway Bowl 🏆

A brilliant achievement, a wonderful way to finish their season and a very special trophy named in honour of such a dedicated rugby family.

Our AGM will be held Wednesday the 9th of September!

We’d love to see our parents, coaches, managers and supporters there as we reflect on another great season and look ahead to an even bigger and better 2027.

❤️🖤 Unfortunately for our Under 15 Girls, injuries to multiple players have curtailed their finals hopes for 2026 and brings to the end an amazing year for them! Well done on a great season. 💪

💙💛❤️🖤 Our U13 Southern Bulls girls took the field last night for their semi-final.

Unfortunately, it wasn’t our night and we couldn’t come away with the win.

These girls always walk off the field with a smile though showing exactly what rugby is all about: friendship, teamwork, resilience and, most importantly, having fun.

Congratulations to all the players, coaches, and manager! You should be proud of such a great season👏🏉
