Today we have the exercise of a single arm cable pulldown using the bench.
This will decrease imbalances in weaker sides and build up your Lats in your back!

THIS SATURDAY it’s finally here⌛️🏃‍♂️

After all the build up, it’s finally time to hold the Lapathon for underprivileged children in Borneo!

Here are some updates, advice for participants and details on how we are celebrating this wonderful achievement.

Plan your day around how long you will be running/walking for. Work back from 5pm to ensure you are here for the end of the event and the start of the celebrations with nibbles, Bevvies and prizes.🍾

This Fine Tune Tuesday is a special one 🚨

Saturday 6th of June is the Borneo lapathon fundraising project around the Fine Tune Complex!

This is a event created to help the children of the Murut community in Borneo to gather more resources like:

* Classroom and building upgrades
* Clothing and footwear
* Clean water solutions
* Learning tools and equipment

This is a very special and meaningful project which we need support from the whole fine tune community!

The event consists of
* Running 1km laps for 3 hours
* Live music
* Activities for the kids
* Raffle prizes and more
* FREE running program to prepare you for the big day
