Developed alongside Sports Gold Coast, the Aussie Athlete Fund, and the City of Gold Coast, this initiative focuses on supporting the athletes who need it most — providing not just funding, but genuine opportunity.

⚡️ Welcome to the Team Hugh Dixon ⚡️

We’re proud to welcome Hugh Dixon to the Eximm Sport Family.

Standing at 197cm, the powerhouse key forward has carved an impressive journey through the AFL, WAFL, and now the VFL showcasing resilience, leadership, and elite-level talent every step of the way.

Originally drafted from Tasmania’s Kingborough Tigers with pick 44 in the 2017 AFL Draft, Hugh began his AFL career with Fremantle, before joining West Coast Eagles and later East Fremantle, where he played a pivotal role in their 2023 WAFL Premiership, the club’s first since 1998.

In 2024, Hugh made the move east to join the Southport Sharks, quickly establishing himself as one of the competition’s most dominant forwards, earning the club’s leading goal kicker award and finishing 6th overall in the VFL goal tally.

This year, his 13-goal performance in Round 10 saw him take home the Alexander Aurrichio Medal — the biggest individual goal haul in a VFL match since 1997.

At just 26, Hugh’s journey is far from over and we’re thrilled to be part of what’s next.

We’re thrilled to have former AFL star Michael Rischitelli join Eximm Sport as our Talent Manager! With over 200 AFL games and a decorated career with the Brisbane Lions and Gold Coast Suns, Michael brings a wealth of experience in elite sport, leadership, and athlete development. ✨

Transitioning from a successful playing career into athlete mentoring, Michael is deeply passionate about guiding emerging talent. His firsthand experience navigating the highs and challenges of professional sport provides invaluable insight into player pathways, resilience, and what it takes to succeed both on and off the field.

As Talent Manager, Michael will drive our commitment to identifying, managing, and nurturing talent across various sporting disciplines. His leadership and strategic approach will help athletes maximise opportunities, progress their careers, and thrive in competitive environments.
