The Seaway is murky at the moment with the recent large swells and Northerly Winds.
Winds are slight at the moment and predominantly Northerlies and this will keep the seaway visibility at a minimum. We do have rain forecast over the next few days that will also affect the conditions.
High tides are middle of the day at about 1.2 metres.
Water temperature at the surface has dropped to about 21 degrees, and the temperature has been measured at about 19 degrees at depth.
Offshore swells have been peaking at over 2 metres however these are on the decrease.
We recommend that Seaway Diving and Snorkelling will not be rewarding over the weekend due to the visibility.
Rays and Cuttlefish have been seen in the Seaway over the last few days.
Always Dive with a buddy and check conditions before entering the water.
