Macarthur Rams Futsal is seeking some Coaches and Assistant Coaches to join our program for the 2026 Futsal Season.
We have a very limited number of coaching opportunities available across both our Academy and Premier League programs:
Academy Program
Boys & Girls | U8–U12
Premier League Program
Boys & Girls | U12 through to 1st Grade Men & Women
We’re looking for enthusiastic, committed coaches who are passionate about player development, creating positive team environments and helping players reach their potential.
COACHING REQUIREMENTS
Applicants should hold a Football Australia Foundation of Futsal Certificate or be booked to complete the qualification prior to the commencement of the 2026 season.
Previous futsal coaching experience is highly regarded, particularly for Premier League positions.

Mel Keith Appointed Head of Futsal – Women at Macarthur Rams Futsal⚽️
Macarthur Rams Futsal is proud to announce the appointment of Mel Keith as the club’s new Head of Futsal – Women, marking an exciting step forward for the development of female futsal talent across the Macarthur region.
In a special moment for the club, Mel returns home to Macarthur, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a proven track record in women’s futsal development.
Mel will play a key role in leading and strengthening the Macarthur Rams Futsal women’s program, with a strong focus on developing the next generation of talented young female players into highly skilled and technical futsal athletes.
Over many years, Mel has been instrumental in helping develop numerous local Macarthur players who have progressed to represent at the national level, showcasing her commitment and passion for player development within the women’s game.
Her experience, knowledge and dedication to futsal development will provide enormous value to the club and the wider football and futsal community.
“We are extremely excited to have Mel involved in our futsal club and women’s program. Her experience in developing players and her passion for the game make her a fantastic addition as we continue building pathways for young players in Macarthur,” the club said.
The appointment reinforces Macarthur Rams Futsal’s commitment to creating strong development opportunities for female players and continuing to produce technically gifted players capable of competing at the highest levels of the game.
