Introducing our newest offering at The Nourishment Co… Puppy Yin Yoga. 🐶🧘♂️
Lola’s approach is simple: lie down, do absolutely nothing, and remain completely committed to the practice. 😂
But beneath the joke, maybe our animals have something to teach us.
They rest when they need to rest. They play when it’s time to play. They don’t measure their worth by how productive they’ve been.
Nature is always moving towards balance — activity and rest, effort and ease, doing and simply being.
And we are nature too.
Perhaps sometimes the practice isn’t learning how to do more.
It’s remembering how to lie down. 🤎
