Career indecision can be frustrating, especially if it’s been years trying to figure out what career pivot will be aligned with what you want going forward.
Every career pivot is different, which is why there are a range of services available. Some people simply want insight into their transferable skills. Others already have career ideas but are struggling to move forward. Some need more time and ongoing guidance to explore, refine and narrow down a career pivot that feels aligned with their values, interests and lifestyle.

Stuck in the cycle of career indecision for more than 12 months, Kylie knew she was ready for a career pivot but couldn’t quite put her finger on what that next direction should be.

Despite building a rewarding and successful career as a nurse, alongside skills in beauty therapy, reflexology, and a broader range of wellness practices among her many qualifications and achievements, she felt called towards something new.

The challenge wasn’t a lack of experience or capability.

The challenge was gaining clarity on what that next chapter could look like.

At the beginning of week three, Kylie is already developing a strong sense of clarity around what her next career pivot is.

For others navigating career indecision, the program is structured in two phases.

Phase 1 runs for six weeks, with many clients gaining clarity and confidence around their new career direction during this time.

Clients are not locked into 12 weeks from the beginning. Many gain the clarity and direction they need during Phase 1 and choose to conclude their coaching journey after the initial six weeks.

This page has primarily spoken to therapists navigating career pivots and long-term sustainability within massage-based work.

That part of Inspired Meadow Coaching is not changing.

Some therapists eventually reach a stage where physical strain, changing lifestyle needs, burnout, or long-term sustainability begin raising bigger questions around what career pivot.

At the same time, due to a growing number of enquiries also coming through from nurses, teachers, hospitality workers, and others experiencing burnout, lingering career indecision and uncertainty around their next direction, this account is now expanding to also support others navigating with the overwhelm of trying to figure it out alone.

My approach remains structured yet tailored specifically to each individual, helping people to break the indecision loop and move toward a career direction that better supports their evolving lifestyle needs and long-term sustainability over time.

Long-term reflection shared years later via text message after breaking free from career pivot indecision.
Over the years, I’ve supported people through periods of career indecision and helped them move toward pathways that felt more aligned with their long-term working style, lifestyle needs, and future direction.
This therapist wanted to move away from fast-paced spa environments involving back-to-back treatments, long shifts, and high physical demand while trying to determine what would better support her long-term wellbeing and professional goals.
One of the most meaningful parts of this work is hearing from past clients years later and learning how their journey continued to unfold over time. I value the long-term connections that can naturally develop through this kind of work.
My approach has always centred around genuine one-on-one communication, understanding, and creating a space where people feel supported while navigating important career decisions. For some, that reassessment happens earlier due to physical strain, burnout, or changing life goals. For others, it comes later in life when semi-retirement, and lifestyle needs begin to change.
