The moment you stop fighting your own body is the moment everything starts to feel different. π€
That is what the bands do. They do not restrict, they guide and remind. And once you feel those diagonal muscle chains actually working, so much starts to make sense (did anyone say "inside leg to outside rein"?!?).
If you ride in the bands, drop a comment below to let us know how they help you!

Small progress still counts. Every time.
Maybe it was your first sitting trot without gripping. Maybe it was staying calm when your horse spooked instead of freezing. Maybe it was just showing up on a day you didn't feel like it.
None of that needs to be a big moment to matter. π€
What's a small win you're proud of this week?

Name a better way to spend your Saturday than in the saddle π€·ββοΈ (hint, there isn't one π)
Bonus points when the gloves are doing their job and you've had one of your best rides in a while. π€

Designing this took a lot longer than I expected. Not because the concept was complicated, but because getting it right for how riders actually move meant starting over more than once.
These were the decisions that mattered most to me. Stay tuned for a post showing you all the prototypes - let's say we got pretty creative, and the ones that didn't make the cut are pretty funny (in hindsight!).

Interesting feedback - many riders don't think of control, movement and flexibility as being compatible.
However, control doesn't come from rigidity. It's when we're more flexible that we have better control over our movements.
Wearing SteadyHands gloves can actually make you less stiff, even though that might look counter-intuitive.
If steadier contact is something you are working on, link in bio. π΄

So proud of this one. π€
Tamika Tamika Donald just took out FEI-J Champion and we could not be more thrilled to have played a small part in supporting her journey. This is exactly why we sponsor the Dressage Queensland Youth Riders Squad.
Watching young riders like Tamika work hard, compete at this level, and win is everything. The future of dressage in Australia is in very good hands.
Congratulations Tamika, you absolutely earned this. π΄

This is something riders who have been riding for a long time will get.
Patience, timing, feel. Horses teach you things that coaches try to tell us, but ultimately, it's a horse-human thing.
Tom Dorrance spent a lifetime listening to horses. And it does truly take a lifetime.
How far along are you in your journey? π΄

Better position doesn't happen magically. It takes lots of hard work, and some rider aids can really help.
SteadyHands Gloves guide your hand position and rein contact. EngagedRider Bands build the balance and core strength for a better seat. Together, they train the habits for a better position.
If you can be 1% better every day, you will achieve more than you ever even realise.π€

Six words and somehow it says everything. π€
That feeling can't be described, but it's the reason most of us are hooked.
Tag someone who gets it without needing it explained. π΄
