This one shift will change how you handle your emotions, helping you regulate them instead of feeling consumed by them.

Instead of saying, โIโm angry,โ say, โIโm experiencing anger.โ
This slight shift creates space between you and the emotion, allowing you to observe it rather than be consumed by it.
๐๐ฝ Then, take a deep breath and ask, โWhat am I feeling about this emotion?โ
This awareness helps you shift from reaction to response.

I spent years trying to heal.
