Bilateral Coordination is a prerequisite for gross motor skills ; such as walking, running, climbing stairs.

When we talk about crossing the midline , the midline we are referring to is an imaginary line drawn from head to feet separating the left & right halves of the body.

We work on this starting with bilateral movements, ultimately progressing to those that cross the midline ; once the left & right brain are communicating better.

Firstly starting with the two sides of the body learning to work well together doing the same thing with specific movements.

Let's talk Fish Oil, the brain and DHA.....does anyone know about DHA?? ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿค”

The brain is a very complex part of your body. ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿง ๐Ÿง 
It needs LOADS of omega-3 fatty acids and especially the fatty acid called DHA.
