Verse of the Week 🤍 | Romans 12:2
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
Have you ever felt stuck in a bad rhythm? Like you’re caught in the same cycle of thinking, reacting, or doing things that just drag you down?
Romans 12:2 gives us a powerful reminder: we don’t have to stay stuck.
Just like a phone that freezes when it’s overloaded, sometimes we need to pause, reset, and refresh. When our minds are overwhelmed, conforming to the noise and patterns around us, it’s time to stop and renew.
Renewal happens when we:
📖 Spend time in God’s Word
🙏 Pray
🧠 Build healthy rhythms
⏸ Take intentional rest
Transformation doesn’t come from grinding harder, it comes from renewing our minds.
This week, don’t just repeat the same patterns. Pause. Reset. Let God refresh your thinking and lead you into healthier rhythms.
