This special little bear has been made in loving memory of a very dear grandfather, for his very dear granddaughter 💙💜

This bear has some very beautiful sentimental and meaningful details incorporated into his creation. His embroideries have been custom designed, and his suspenders represent the suspenders granddad wore in life 💙

It's always incredibly heart-warming to know how just how cherished a keepsake is, and this one is certainly being cherished.

After a big journey interstate, these special Keepsake Bears are now home with their beautiful grandchildren 💙

These special bears were made from a very dear grandfather's clothing. This beloved grandfather loved to wear tracksuit pants and moccasins, so each bear just had to have their own pair of tracksuit pants. 💜

These very special Keepsake Lions have been carefully made in loving memory of a dear grandfather, father and husband 💙

I was given the privilege of being shared some beautiful stories of this passionate man and teacher. These keepsakes have school logos from two of the schools he taught at, an anchor which holds a very special story, and also have names he was affectionately know as embroidered on them.

I just love creating keepsakes for this family. 💕 I always get given such a fun variety of fabrics, materials and textures to work with. 🥰❤️ This keepsake definitely had its challenges though, with most of the pieces being quite small.

This very special and cute little Bunny was created to celebrate a beautiful daughter's 18 years ❤️💛 I was able to use a piece of nearly every item I was given including some of her first bedding, favourite clothing, school and sports uniforms and also pieces of her formal dress. The Bunny's tail is a wonderfully full pom pom made from the tulle from her formal dress alterations. 🐇🥰

It's been such a privilege and pleasure to create another special Keepsake for this beautiful family. Thank you so much 💛🩷💛🩷🥰

It was such a privilege to work with this beautifully tailored woollen blazer from more than 60 years ago. ❤️

In the spirit of the Halloween season, I was asked if I could make a "voodoo doll" 🖤👻📍😄 (for entertainment purposes only, of course 😂) These have been heaps of fun to make 😊

When your girl wants a dress inspired by one of our favourite books - coincidentally named "Pocket Treasure" (Affirm Press) 🥰💛❤️🌻

This is my practice Cow I made in preparation for a recent order. 🐮🩵 I often do trial runs of specific ideas I have for keepsakes, but more rarely do I need to create a whole practice keepsake.

Due to the item (a crocheted cardigan) being used to create the last keepsake, a practice keepsake was absolutely necessary. It was a new pattern for me to do so I wasn't familiar with how it went together, and I also needed to see if the original sizing would be suitable for the item I was given.

I dug through my fabric stash and found an old denim skirt, some fabric I was given, and some random buttons.

This little one turned out too cute to not share. ❤️🥰❤️

This special Keepsake Cow has been created in loving memory of a dear mother 💜

A lot of extra time, love and care had to go into this little cow as the only item given to create it was a crocheted cardigan. A white rose fabric was chosen to use for some of the smaller pieces that the cardigan was unable to be used for. It also made for a lovely contrast to the beautiful magenta of the cardigan, with its white rose buttons. 🤍

I greatly appreciate the trust I was given in creating this keepsake from such a delicate item.

This special Keepsake Bear has been lovingly created for a dear great grandchild, and was also part of the Kookaburra Keepsake order. 🩷🩷

This precious great grandchild wasn't able to meet his dear great grandmother, so his family has had this special Keepsake created for him out of some of her clothes.

This Keepsake has been made out of two tops and a dress. Buttons from each clothing item have been used, along with part of the button placket from the blue top, satin binding from the dress, and also the dress pocket. As to not damage the silk of the silk blouse, I used it to add hearts and some flowers. 💜🌸

It has been an absolute pleasure and privilege to create this keepsake for this dear great grandchild. 🥰
