M3 Highlander. There is lot of talk around about what is and isn’t done during a fitting. As shown in pictures 3 and 4, we leave the crash bar in. Most of our competitors don’t do this but this forms an integral part of your ANCAP safety rating and also encapsulates your rear recovery point. These two things are something we feel is very important. This includes the Model Y also.

Blue on blue…. Tesla caliper cover fitting is another of the many services we offer. Other Tesla fitting services we offer are: mudflaps, swivel screen mount, screen protector, auto presenting door handles, puddle lights as well as Mountain Pass Performance lift kits, front skid plate and suspension upgrades!

What a pleasure it was doing a towbar fitting on the 7 seater KIA EV9. A huge 2500kg tow rating on this fixed bar with 250kg down ball weight. There is also a Removable “Stealth” option available which has a 2000kg tow rating and 200kg down ball weight. Such a beautiful car inside and out. A big Thankyou to Clarke for allowing us to take it for a test drive after we did the fitting. Very impressive!!

The work horse back at it again…great having a custom made attachment on the towbar for long items.

Last weeks fittings had us travelling down to Lennox Head. It’s the people we meet along the way in this EV community that make this job enjoyable! We love talking all things EV!
