I am back training clients full time. I will be training clients in all the modalities that I have in the past, Wellness and lifestyle coaching, strength, adaptive nutritional strategies and sustainable bio-hacking
Rehabilitation.
I will also add to this a long time hidden skill of remedial massage. This has taken 25 years to develop and is highly adaptive and individual. In the past it has strictly been reserved for training clients. Though I am now finally convinced it is something I should be sharing more.
More people deserve this honest approach, that is not generic, and truly seeks to help facilitate healing and comfort.
It's been a long time and a big journey back, that is far from over.
I am so very grateful for all the challenges and diversions in my path. They all have led me to be the best version of myself. One that I like and am happy with.
Understanding balance, knowing it is needed are far different from actually finding it.
Self actualisation is and will always be ongoing. I have found out more from what I thought were setbacks than I ever imagined possible, for this I live in gratitude.
Finding purpose had always been a quest I believed I should be on, and did I ever search for it!
The perfect fit never came along.
I now know life's quest is about collecting experiences. Sharing them and doing it from a beautiful state of self.
For me, I always knew and always been drawn to how I felt in service to others. I stepped away from this when I was losing myself and I almost lost everything of meaning.
I know it is not a vocation but an obligation to use what I know and am continually learning to serve others.
People that know me and have valued me and what I have done in the past would probably have read this far. I ask a favour, please share your past experiences with me in a review of this post or if you know someone you know will see value in what I do.

I'm going to be doing a class on the lessons I've learnt over the last 25 years of training, they are going to be based on what I have done myself. The good and the bad, the pitfalls and the short cuts. I beleave I have a lot of knowledge and a wealth of experience to share and I want to give it to a wider audience. If you have had a good or even bad experience training with me. please share in the comments below. It is short notice but the first class will be.
This Saturday at 7.30am.
It will be based at the best gym on the Sunshine Coast.
This is by far the best gym for equipment, training styles and atmosphere. #
