judge her, make sure you TRULY know who she is, what her values are, what SHE has been through too.

Before you body shame her, be sure to know ALL the things that have led her to the point where she feels comfortable enough in her own skin to not give a f*ck anymore about what others think.

Before you make her wrong, ask yourself if this is really about HER. Or if it might actually have more to do with YOU.

Before you blame her, be sure to get EACH. AND. EVERY side of the story.

Before you judge, shame, blame and make her wrong, remember, that she is a beautiful mirror, a gift, an opportunity, an invitation, for your own enquiry, and a magnificent unraveling of self.

A WOMAN WHO KNOWS HER WORTH 👑

Knows HERSELF.

What she likes.

What she doesn’t.

She loves all of her imperfections and past experiences that have made her who she is today.

She’s not afraid of her past or the shadow parts of herself.

She honours her body.

Is connected to her heart.

Her womb space.

And her pu$$y.

She is self-aware.

She stays in her own lane and on her own path EVEN when her life can sometimes feel like it’s falling down around her.

She knows guilt and shame serve no purpose in her life.

Her boundaries are clear, strong and beautiful.

She backs herself.

Has integrity.

There is no leakiness in her energy.

She trusts. Oh does she trust.

That she is always looked after, that life is always cheering her on, that ALL things are possible.

She has a servant heart.

She gets messy, is sometimes out of integrity with herself, experiences self-doubt, questions her path; yet chooses not to live here, and instead chooses to see the beauty and growth within all of her experiences.

She FEELS. Boy does she feel.

She dives deep into her self-expansion.

Owns when she f👑cks up.

Apologises if she needs to.

Knows her body, mind and soul are her sacred temple AND treats them that way.

Understands that she is ALL things at once.

She is fierce.

Equally gentle.

Embodied.

She understands that we are all connected and how she treats our planet, the animals and every person is a direct reflection of how she treats herself.

Life to her is one gigantic playground of infinite possibility.

She isn’t afraid to explore the terrain outside of her comfort zone.

She leans INTO life.

Never settles for.

And even when nothing makes sense she TRUSTS. Oh does she trust.

That she is always looked after, that the Universe/God/Source has her back, that things happen FOR her and that ALL things are possible.

She is radiant.

And beautiful.

And magnetic.

And chooses herself time and time again ❤︎
