Structured, educational and fun classes at Big Boing Trampoline Park for kids aged 4.5–16 years.

Get your kids learning tricks and flips with our accredited coaches!

Homeschool classes

• Monday: 9:05 a.m. and 10:15 a.m.
• Tuesday: 9:05 a.m.

Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced classes

• Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: 3:55–4:55 p.m.

A big Term 4 ahead at Flips & Tricks!

We’re getting ready to welcome the kids back to Flips and Tricks at Big Boing Trampoline Park for a term full of new skills, tricks and plenty of practice!

From learning their first controlled jumps and landings to working towards flips and more advanced tricks, every child has something to work on and feel proud of.

Our coaches will be helping the kids build confidence, improve their technique and take the next step at their own level. There’s nothing quite like seeing a child land a skill they’ve been working hard to achieve, then watching their face light up!

We’re looking forward to seeing familiar faces and welcoming new kids into the classes. Let’s finish the year with plenty of effort, progress and fun!

Term 4 prep is underway at Flips & Tricks! 🤸

Before the kids arrive, our coaches have plenty to get sorted. We’re planning class activities, checking equipment, reviewing each child’s progress and working out which skills they’re ready to tackle next.

We’re also preparing for a big term of new students, returning faces, first flips, harder tricks and plenty of small wins along the way.

Every class takes thought and preparation. We want each child to feel safe, supported and proud of what they’re learning.

A big congratulations to all our Flips & Tricks kids who received awards during Term 3! 👏

We celebrated children earning their My First Flip and My First Trick awards, along with Bronze Level achievement certificates for the skills they have learned.

Every award marks time spent practising, trying again and building the confidence to have a go. Some skills come quickly. Others take weeks of effort. We want the kids to know that both are worth celebrating.

That is why awards are part of what we do at Flips & Tricks. They give each child a goal to work towards and a moment to feel proud of how far they have come.

Well done kids!! You have worked hard this term, and we cannot wait to see what you learn next!

A big congratulations to all our Flips & Tricks kids who received awards during Term 3! 👏

This class is designed for boys who want to learn real flipping and tricking skills in a structured, encouraging environment.

Beginner friendly, with progressions to help each child build confidence, coordination and skills at their own level.

A GREAT COACH DOES MORE THAN TEACH SKILLS

Think about learning to ride a bike.

At first, someone holds the bike. They help with balance, give instructions, build confidence and make the child feel safe.

As they improve, that helping hand becomes lighter.

Eventually, the child rides on their own.

Coaching kids at Flips & Tricks is very similar.

Every child who walks into a class is different. Some are fearless and need help learning control. Some are nervous and need reassurance. Some learn quickly, while others need a skill broken down into smaller steps and repeated many times.

A good coach recognises this.

They know when to encourage.
They know when to challenge.
They know when to slow things down.
They know when a child is ready to try again.
And they know when to celebrate the small wins that might feel HUGE to that child.

Our coaches are not there simply to say, “Do a backflip.”

They are there to help children build the strength, technique, confidence and foundations that eventually allow them to perform skills safely and independently.

Sometimes coaching means giving a child a push forward.

Sometimes it means holding the bike a little longer.

The goal is always the same.

Help each child become confident enough to eventually say, “I can do this myself.”

That is what great coaching is about….

Looking for an active, structured homeschool program your child will love?

We’ve just opened a NEW Monday class from 10.15am to 11.15am, giving families even more flexibility.

At Flips & Tricks, at the Big Boing Trampoline Park. Kids don’t just jump around, they learn real trampoline and gymnastics skills through safe progressions, experienced coaching, and encouraging classes that build confidence every week.

Whether your child is trying something new or already has experience, all skill levels are welcome.

Our goal is simple.

Help every child grow in confidence, coordination, strength, and resilience while having an incredible time.

Trial classes are just $15.

Mondays 10.15am-11.15am
Tuesdays 9.05am-10.05am
