Emma & Soph recently completed the Canberra Marathon 10km!
Running 4 times a week for training, on top of gym sessions, these girls aren’t afraid to put in the work! Even with the setback of Emma having pneumonia in the lead up, the girls managed to run their fastest 10km to date. What an effort 🏆
As a duo, they love setting goals and gearing their training towards an event, here’s some of their achievements to date:
