World Sprints update. Our girls have completed in the masters womens 1000m and Open Womens 1500m. We have the 500m sprints coming up on Friday. Competing against the best in the world has been the most rewarding experience, then taking 25 seconds off our time and finishing 23rd out of 48 crews. Awesome effort girls!

🎉 Off to the World Stage! 🎉

Over the next few days, some of our paddlers will be heading to Singapore to compete at the Singapore IVF Va'a World Sprint Championships 2026, where more than 3,000 paddlers from over 30 countries will come together to race on the international stage.

After months of hard training, early mornings, late nights, gym sessions and countless kilometres on the water, we are ready and couldn't be prouder! 🥲

KIAMANA OCC welcomed our new training canoe. We took her for a run around Swansea Heads. Great to have a second OC6 canoe to grow our club.

Huge weekend for the Kaimana OUTRIGGER Canoe Club crew at AOCRA Marathon Nationals! 🌊🥉🥉

For such a small club, we are incredibly proud to come away with **2 National Bronze Medals** in both the 10km and 18km events after racing in some very tough conditions against strong competition from around the country.

We also had two OC2 crews compete in the 10km Ocean race finishing in 4th and 6th place.

A massive thank you to everyone who supported the event and the sport over the weekend — especially:

A beautiful morning on the ocean for a Good Friday paddle. Down to Caves Beach and back, then a carpark run, followed by coffee and hot cross buns. Can't think of a better way to start the morning and a long weekend.
